Patrick visits his cousins, April 24

Patrick just loves all the attention he gets from his three oldest cousins. Kaitlyn, Kiera and Hannah are extremely attentive to his every needs. It is fun to watch them play.

Here Patrick wanted to look at the door and his following was right behind him!

Busy Weekend, April 18-20

Friday
Patrick got his second haircut (Maman got one too!) thanks to Kenn. He was quite fidgety but Kenn did what he could. He actually looks quite cute and at least we do not need to resort to barrettes to keep the hair out of his eyes.

Saturday
Patrick got an early start on his MIT application. Dan got him this childproof laptop which he seemed quite interested in, even though it was not turned on! As you can see by the last of these pictures, he kept closing it and then complaining that he could not open it again.
Sunday
Patrick decided the house needed to be cleaned. He walked around with these 5 feet long mops doing his best to keep the house looking sparkling clean.
After that hard work playtime was in order. He just loves balloons. In fact maybe I should get rid of all of his toys and keep him supplied with a lifetime of balloons!

We go out, Loren, Patrick and the 4 dogs play

Last night and today Patrick had the luck of having Loren babysit. He always has such a good time with her. Today Loren clicked away at the camera while Patrick was busy showing off. Here are some of the pictures.

We are back

We had a wonderful trip to Paris. The highlight was Patrick's walking. He practiced all the time and is now very confident. It is a whole new ballgame back at home. He picks up toys and takes them to another room and then picks up some other toy to take to another room. He is getting very good at rearranging everything!
In Paris we walked in the park, in quiet streets and when not walking we did a lot of sightseeing (of shops and people mainly). Of course we played with Miss Prune. Mummy's mummy and Papi were also great play mates as were MariVic and her family.
