Saturday morning fun

Most Saturdays we go to the park and meet up with our friends, and have what onlookers call a pug convention. It is a lot of fun and with nice weather like this weekend it was great. Thanks to Loren for taking most of the pictures.

Seeking young female companion for confident four month old with an appetite for life, few naps and warm bottles. Hair not necessary, chunky a plus, fluent in baby talk, overall happy demeanor and of course must love dogs.

A surprise visit

Last night Patrick's cousins surprised us by stopping by with Grammy and Grampa. Apparently Hannah kept saying that she wanted to see "baby Patrick".

Hannah seems to be very interested in Patrick. Maybe she could babysit.



Now it is time for goodbye.

Visit by Flynnie and Mimi

Today Mimi and Flynnie came to visit. As you can see the dogs were very excited for Flynnie to have lunch. They have discovered that if they sit at his feet they are bound to get some dropped food. In fact they always lick his booster seat clean.

Weekend activities

This weekend was a busy one with Loren's visit, playtime with Papa and time spent with Dan's family.

Patrick is 4 months old today

Having fun on a rainy day

Louie's favorite sleeping position is cuddling up to Gatsby and on a rainy day what else is there to do but sleep.

We went to visit Mimi and little Flynn and here is Patrick trying on a cute hand me down hat.

After a nice warm bottle one needs a good nap.


Little Flynn's favorite thing to do is play with Patrick's car seat belt buckle. Do we have an engineer on our hands?

Just like their mothers, these boys will be great friends.

A busy day

Grampy came over to see Patrick. After that Patrick and Louise went to their new mom's group where we learned new songs to sing and fun exercises.

A tired puppy

Patrick needs his beauty rest. After being up for about 2 hours he needs a nap. Here he is in his American grandfather's arms at on May 6 at the family reunion.

A surprise visit

Today we had a surprise visit from Doug the Pug and his father Bill. Louie loved it when Doug chased him.

Gatsby wants attention too

Gatsby quite enjoys Patrick's playmat although he has yet to play with any of the toys hanging from the arches!

Patrick gets a visit from his aunt

This afternoon Dinan came over to see Patrick and wish Louise a happy first mother's day. (First official one as she has been one to Gatsby and Louie for a while). They all went for a nice walk while Dan stayed at home to get some work around the house done.

Patrick and the Friday Pug Club

Patrick had a wonderful time watching the pugs today. At one point all of the pugs were sitting at his his feet like little guards. Here you can see Gatsby watching over his boy Patrick.
